So you’ve decided that you want to increase business by marketing to the customers inside your establishment, but you’re unsure of how to do it. The good news is that it’s probably easier than you think. Let’s take a look at the process from the point you say you go the point your customers are hearing your targeted messages.

1. Determine the number of messages needed to open your campaign We provide 30-45 second packs of statements in increments of either (10) or (20) statements. A statement can consist of voice laid over music or voice only.

2. Provide a script for your pack of statements Once you’ve determined how many statements you’d like produced, your consultant will request that you provide a numbered script that the members of our production team can use to begin recording your statements. If you require assistance in creating your script, our team of professional script writers is here to assist you.

3. Review your productions Within (3) business days of receiving your script, we will provide version one of your production for your review. This is your opportunity to tell us which parts of the production fit your brand, and which parts will need to be tweaked. We’ll do as many takes as is needed to make sure we’re delivering exactly what your customers need to hear – we usually get it right within the first two takes.

4. Add your production to your messaging system After receiving the final version of your production via email, you’ll be ready to add it to your messaging system. Depending on the equipment you’re using to add messaging to your in-store experience, you’ll either drag and drop the .mp3 of your production onto a flash drive and plug it into your message device, or move the production to your device via a web interface. Both methods are intuitive and typically take a couple minutes.

5. Set message frequency and start measuring your ROI Once you’ve added your production to your messaging device, you’ll need only to set the frequency of your messaging unit based on how often you want your customers to hear your recorded statements. Depending on the model of messaging unit, this can be done either at the device or remotely via our easy-to-use web interface.
