How can I tell if my player has been upgraded?
There are two ways to determine if your player is upgraded. The first is to check the firmware level directly on your player, the second is to check the scheduling portal. Both are methods described below.
Method 1: From the Player or App

Method 2: From the scheduling portal
- Log into the scheduling portal at www.siriusxm4biz.com
- Navigate to “Radios” in the side navigation
- If the table only displays the radio serial number, the player is not upgraded.
- Upgraded players will display information across all rows in the player table.
