The firmware is upgraded, but my player isn’t responding to the portal. What now?

Step 1: Make sure your player is in remote control mode

SXBR3 Home > Settings > Remote Scheduling > Check Remote Scheduling Box
BREW/BREO Home > Settings > Enable Schedule (tap to “yes”)

 

Step 2: Make sure you whitelisted the new portal URL in your firewall.

As your network administrator to whitelist the following URL: https://sxbr3api.gracedigital.com/radio/schedule. This is the URL the player uses to communicate with the portal. If this URL is blocked by your firewall, the player will cannot receive instructions from the portal.
