What do I need to transition my service?

To transition your service, you will need the following:

• Business name and address
• Primary contact, phone number, and email address
• Your Radio ID (ESN or SID)
  • You can find your Radio ID by tuning to channel zero
• Your desired payment method (Monthly by credit card or ACH. Annually by credit card, ACH, or check)
