Yesterday was our first day operating the new Sirius radio, and it was a whole new experience! It was fun hearing new songs, more variety, and no advertising. I knew it would be good, but I didn’t expect it to change how I feel about working so much.
Our restaurant is 60 years old, and I like to do things in the old style. When signing up for Sirius, I expected long hold times, a customer service robot, lots of button pushing, and being passed around from one person to another over and over again. When I called Dynamic Media, Joe picked up (instead of a recording), and he answered all my service, billing, and technical questions. Normally that would require I talk to 3 different people! He was very patient and knowledgeable. He returned my emails quickly and got us up and running faster than I would have ever expected.
